Yolla is a handcrafted jewelry brand in brass and aluminum, where each creation is shaped by hand. Each piece bears the mark of the artisanal gesture: no two are perfectly alike, and that is precisely what defines their value.

Yolla jewelry is handcrafted, which implies subtle variations in shape, texture, or hue. These differences are not imperfections, but the signature of the handmade process.

Prices are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes where applicable, excluding delivery costs. Prices may change, but the applied price is always the one confirmed at the time of the order.

Any order implies full and complete adherence to these conditions. It becomes final after payment validation.

Shipments are handled via bpost Belgium. Delivery costs are established based on official bpost rates, according to weight and destination. Yolla cannot be held responsible for delays or incidents related to the carrier.

In accordance with legislation, a period of 14 calendar days is granted for returns. Jewelry must be returned unworn, in its original condition. Personalized or custom-made creations are neither taken back nor refunded.

After receipt and verification, the refund is made within a maximum of 14 days.

The jewelry benefits from the legal warranty of 2 years. It covers manufacturing defects only, and excludes natural wear and tear. Yolla also offers a repair service whenever possible.

All Yolla creations are protected. Any reproduction is prohibited.
